Desia Paadhukaappu Kazhagam, a political party registered in 1996 is for
the first time contesting in forthcoming parliamentary elections under
the leadership of Mr. V. Kalyanam, Personal Secretary to Mahatma Gandhi
with the objective of resurrecting the Gandhian values in the Indian
